What‘s the difference between micro hole honeycomb cores and normal cell
honeycomb cores?
1. Micro hole honeycomb cores has smaller cell size then normal honeycomb cores. Cell size is the main difference between micro hole honeycomb and normal cell honeycomb. Normally we take cell node 3mm/ cell size 5mm as the breaking point.
2. Production process of micro hole honeycomb cores is more difficult than normal honeycomb cores. Becuase production of micro hole honeycomb cores requires more input of labor, time and materials, besides, the wastage of micro hole honeycomb production is much higher than the production wast of normal honeycombs. That‘s why micro hole honeycomb cores are more expensives than normal honeycomb cores.
